I’ve been sitting in the realm of huge amounts of potential these past few weeks. My internal vibration feels so different, expanding and integrating an identity that has been dying to come to life

I’ve also been sitting in denial, bending my truth to be liked these past few years, but this denial comes from an energy of not being strong enough to hold what it is I want. Or to be the person who can hold the pressure of what it is I want, and to support many people on my bridge

My pleasure comes from service, to inspire with an open heart and with truth – always the unfiltered truth. We are human beings and also source energy, our humanness needs acknowledgment and our source energy gets to hold the truth of our soul, the creative mission we are here to lead

It’s undeniable that it comes from our inner universe, our beating heart and what brings us pleasure – our purpose of simply being alive and to bond with others

We hide our desires for pleasurable things. I’m not just speaking about sex – I’m speaking about that first slow sip of your morning coffee, the rain that hits the dirt, and we are hit with a smell that is the earth meeting our senses, the full moon that lights up our home and the anticipated look for your partner right before he ravages you from the inside out

For me, this lives in the intentional presence for slowness while holding, building and living my desires through everything is pleasurable – even the arguments we have, the dark feelings & the ambition

If we can get to a place of, fuck I love this amount of shame I am feeling – we know that we’ve done enough healing and nervous system regulation work. Because this shameful feeling is a message and holy shit, I love to receive these messages from source as a little redirect into my greatness and to own the messy middle
